Donnie Darko (2001) is a sci-fi/drama/mystery that follows the time-traveling alternate-reality experiences of troubled teenager Donnie Darko. Despite a stellar cast (Jake Gyllenhaal, Drew Barrymore, Patrick Swayze, Maggie Gyllenhaal) the film underperformed at the box office to later grow a cult following over the past nine years.

REPO! The Generic Opera (2008) is a futuristic rock-opera musical set in the year 2056, which tells the tale of a world gone crazy due to an organ failure epidemic and the rise of an organ transplant company with the ability to repossess body parts from patients who miss payments.

Brain Candy (1996) is the feature length film from the popular Canadian sketch comedy The Kids in the Hall. The story revolves around the production of a new antidepressant called GLeeMONEX, its rush to market, and the dangerous (yet hilarious) side effects it wreaks on the general public.

Ghost World (2001) is a comedy based on the popular graphic novel of the same name. The story follows two social-outcast teenagers, Enid and Rebecca, who are coming to terms with adulthood during the summer following High School graduation.

Super Troopers (2001) is a new cult classic a from comedy troupe Broken Lizard. The film follows the adventures of a group of Vermont state troopers who spend most of their time playing pranks, but eventually must solve a murder case and bust up a drug-smuggling ring.
